For our last camp of the summer we’ll be unlocking our creative potential in a Shark Tank-inspired design camp. Campers will identify a need or a real problem in the world, brainstorm solutions, prototype, and pitch their idea to a panel of real designers. Projects can be solo inventions or team efforts. We’ll work with cardstock, cardboard, and mixed media. We’ll play like designers, dabbling into engineering and entrepreneurship with a curious mind. We’ll feed the imagination and build confidence along the way. Design Inventors Camp is the capstone to our ProtoToto summer — a chance for kids to put their best designer, maker, and innovator skills into play. Our goal is to be creative, think big, make friends, and have a ton of fun. Campers Will: • Ideate, sketch, prototype, and refine a design solution • Work both independently and in small teams • Pitch their concept to professionals • Play like a designer
