Design Play Saturdays gives kids a screen-free morning to think, make, and play like designers. Each week we introduce a new theme with a hands-on project drawn from architecture, graphic design, industrial design, or interior design. One Saturday we might sketch and build a model of a wilderness cabin; the next, we'll explore color and collage in a hand-bound book. We always lead with ideas: asking questions, sketching, and making prototypes. And we never forget that play and joy are important parts of the creative process. Our studio is a collaborative, encouraging space where kids cheer each other on, share ideas, and leave proud of what they've made. Parent-and-Me Design Sundays is a chance to share a creative morning of designing and making side by side. Each week we introduce a new design concept with a hands-on project drawn from architecture, graphic design, industrial design, or interior design. One Sunday you might make an architectural model of a modern cabin; the next, you might design your own block-printing patterns. Grown-ups can stay and create alongside their kids, or drop off and let us take it from there. Parents who stay can work as a team on a shared design or each make their own. We always lead with ideas: visualizing the possibilities, sketching, and then getting to make. And we never forget that play and joy are an important part of the creative process. Our studio is a bright, welcoming space full of creative energy, where everyone can try new things and leave proud of what they've made. Elementary Ballet II / Ballet I is a split-level class for students ages 6-10. The class focuses on fundamental concepts such as maintaining proper body placement, developing strength, building endurance and increasing flexibility as well as introduces a traditional ballet class structure. Students learn fundamental ballet technique through barre work, center exercises, and across the floor combinations designed to improve coordination, flexibility, endurance, and musicality. Students perform in the Student Showcase at the end of the spring semester.
