Secret Stacks Book Sale

The Friends of the Ridgefield Library invite you to stop by the Friends Sorting Room on the Lower Level of the Library for their monthly Secret Stacks Book Sale, held on the second Saturday of the month. Sorting Room open from 9am to 5pm Items for all ages and interests – fiction, mysteries, trade paperbacks, children’s books and more! Cash or charge accepted (charges over $10) The Friends of the Ridgefield Library accept book donations! Leave your donated books on the cart(s) outside the Friends Sorting Room on the lower level of the Library during regular open hours. Please do not leave donations in the Library Lobby or anywhere outside the building.

Scrabble Workshop with Mack Meller

Want to improve at Scrabble and take on the best? Join Scrabble Grandmaster and 2-time North American champion Mack Meller for an interactive strategy presentation followed by live gameplay! Mack will share tips for improving your play regardless of skill level, then play everyone in a simultaneous exhibition. All are welcome, from Scrabble newbies to experienced tournament players. Tinkercad Club

Students in Grades 3-5 are invited to learn the basics of Tinkercad and an introduction to 3D printing. Each session will introduce a design and then students will have time to free build. Designs will be printed after the program, and you will be emailed with more information regarding when to pick it up from the library. Pokémon Players Club

Join other interested gamers in grades 2-12 to learn the basics of playing the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) from educator Mike Garguilo. If you know the basics, learn strategies and deck-building tips to maximize your own deck. All levels welcome, and it is not necessary to own cards or a complete deck to participate. Blow Art Critters

Minecraft Block Builds
