Cooking techniques, methods and creative recipes from around the world. We will learn many recipes from Hispanic cultures, as well as some special Argentinian recipes. Knife skills, doughs, soups, and many more healthy, seasonal recipes made with organic ingredients. Students taste and bring home what they cook. Aikido is a well-rounded and rigorous non-violent Martial Art training experience that includes warm-up and conditioning exercises, Ukemi practice (the art of falling), wooden weapons practice (Bokken and Jo), open-handed aikido techniques, games, and meditation. Children are encouraged to develop a growth mindset without unnecessary competition. Testing for a new belt level happens 3 times a year. As at any true martial art dojo children can freely attend some or all classes within their schedule.
