For kids 4 to 5 years old. Dream it, Sew it, Wear it, Sparkle in it! At The Fashion Squad School, we believe in nurturing your little one’s imagination and giving them a joyful space to explore, create, and express themselves through the magical world of fashion. In our Mini Fashion Designers program, children ages 4 to 5 embark on an age-appropriate, exciting introduction to fashion design and art: They will explore colors, shapes, and patterns through guided creative art projects, Discover the joy of touching and sorting fabrics as they learn about textures and patterns, Experiment with safe, beginner-friendly sewing activities such as yarn sewing, lacing cards, felt projects, and simple hand-stitching, With the one-on-one guidance of our teachers, our Mini Fashionistas will even use the sewing machine to bring their adorable little designs to life! Create fabric collages and accessories using child-safe materials, Learn the basics of styling through dress-up exploration and playful accessory design, Express their personalities during our Mini Runway Moments, where they walk, twirl, and shine while building confidence, Gain early fine-motor skills, creative awareness, and social-emotional development through imaginative fashion play. At the conclusion of each Fashion-cycle, families are invited to attend a fabulous and heart-melting Mini Runway Presentation, where your little ones proudly show off their creations. These cycles include: The Fall Cycle (September to December) The Winter Cycle (January to March) The Spring/Summer Cycle (April to June) Our classes are designed to be engaging, sensory-friendly, and developmentally aligned for Pre-K students, with each session lasting one hour . All necessary supplies are provided so your child can fully enjoy their creative experience. By enrolling your child in our Mini Fashion Designers Program, you are giving them a magical, confidence-boosting experience that supports creativity, imagination, fine-motor development, and joyful self-expression. Monthly Tuition Policy: • Tuition is billed monthly and continues throughout the school year (September–June). • Monthly tuition remains the same each month , regardless of how many classes fall within that month. • Tuition rates are calculated based on an average of four classes per month . • Tuition is automatically processed on the 1st of every month. • To pause or cancel your membership, please email us at least 15 days before your next billing date. • Requests made fewer than 15 days before the billing date will be applied to the following month. • There are no refunds or credits for dropped or missed classes once the third class of the cycle has taken place. • Make-up classes are offered to currently registered students only , and must be scheduled in advance. • Make-ups are subject to space availability. • The Fashion Squad School is not responsible or liable for class cancellations due to extreme weather or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events. • No refunds or credits will be issued for classes canceled as a result of such events. • If CDC, NYC, State, or Federal regulations require us to shut down in-studio classes, or if you choose to withdraw your child for any reason, there will be no tuition adjustments, discounts, credits, or refunds beyond what is stated in the policy above. • The Fashion Squad School will follow all applicable guidance from: – NYC Public Schools – NYC, State, and Federal government – Public health and safety advisories Join us at The Fashion Squad School and let your Mini Designer’s creativity take its very first flight!
