To keep things running smoothly, we don't allow "re-entry" (leaving and coming back) during your time slot. Unlimited Play, Your Way! With our Unlimited Monthly and Yearly memberships. You are welcome to enjoy your two hour session and return in the same day for another two hours.

Aikido of Park Slope · Gowanus
Aikido is a well-rounded and rigorous non-violent Martial Art training experience that includes warm-up and conditioning exercises, Ukemi practice (the art of falling), wooden weapons practice (Bokken and Jo), open-handed aikido techniques, games, and meditation. Children are encouraged to develop a growth mindset without unnecessary competition. Testing for a new belt level happens 3 times a year. As at any true martial art dojo children can freely attend some or all classes within their schedule.
