Lions and Tigers and Robots, oh my! Welcome to the Robo Zoo, an animal-themed exploration of movement, sensors, and electronics. From building mechanical creatures to coding their behaviors, students will complete challenges that build problem-solving skills and computational thinking. Aikido Kids Classes

Aikido of Park Slope · Gowanus

Aikido is a well-rounded and rigorous non-violent Martial Art training experience that includes warm-up and conditioning exercises, Ukemi practice (the art of falling), wooden weapons practice (Bokken and Jo), open-handed aikido techniques, games, and meditation. Children are encouraged to develop a growth mindset without unnecessary competition. Testing for a new belt level happens 3 times a year. As at any true martial art dojo children can freely attend some or all classes within their schedule.
