Semi Private Session: A one hour private training session with one of our expert coaches designed for up to 3 athletes, for ideal results we recommend the athletes be of a similar age and skill level. Evaluation: A one hour one on one session beginning with a dynamic warmup, followed by a series of tests of your child's athletic skills. Th is evaluation helps us learn which specific areas your child needs to work on to take their athletic performance to the next level, as well as provide a baseline to look back at as they improve. Some examples of exercises we will test are Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, 10yd sprint time, 20yd shuttle, max pull-ups.
