Children will climb, roll, balance, and jump using soft mats and age-appropriate equipment, while learning to follow simple instructions and engage with others. The class encourages early strength-building, flexibility, and confidence through structured exploration and repetition. With the support of a parent or caregiver, toddlers build trust, independence, and a love for movement—all essential skills for future physical activity and classroom readiness.
