16 Thursdays: Jan 22-Jun 4 (Except: Feb 19, Apr 2, Apr 9, May 21) In Person. Designed for aspiring young bakers, this hands-on baking class introduces children to the fundamentals of baking, from understanding the science of ingredient measurement to mastering essential baking tools and techniques. Each week, kids will learn a new recipe or skill, from baking muffins to perfecting the art of cake frosting. Held in The JCC Manhattan?s professional culinary center, this fun and engaging class encourages creativity, confidence, and a love for baking while producing delicious homemade treats. All recipes are nut-free, and dairy or pareve, and kosher dietary laws are observed.
