Each week, students will explore different ways to stay active — from heart-pumping games to strength and balance challenges — while discovering how their muscles work and what it means to be strong and healthy from the inside out. We’ll talk about fueling our bodies with healthy foods, staying hydrated, and building lifelong wellness habits — all in a fun, encouraging, and team-based environment. Our Pre-K and Kindergarten early childhood model is styled after a group play-date. This program encourages play and friendship with all. Children eat a snack from 3-3:30 pm, play outside, play in an early education classroom, enjoy a group book reading, and/or make a craft. As Early Childhood students do not have homework, there is no homework time – just Play! Play! Play. Please note you MUST register for an After School class in order to add on an Enrichment Class (listed seperately).
