About this event

Ajna classes are open to boys and girls of all dance levels to learn dance technique, build confidence, celebrate culture and stay active. We teach a combination of elements from classical, folk and Bollywood dance and students also learn a routine that will be shared at our end of term showcase. Your semester tuition includes your costume for the final showcase on June 14th. In this class, your child will: Learn Footwork, Patterns based on different Indian Dance Styles. Focus on Body control, Clarity of movement, Clean body lines & Hand gestures. Body Mechanics. Source of movement generation and technique. Fun Drills/Combos to enhance muscle memory, endurance and confidence. Facial expressions to deliver an emotion, mood. Simple formations - Moving as a group to create different shapes. Learn a choreographed dance routine - that applies all above principles.

KBL Studios Presents Intermediate Breaking A class dedicated to those students who have experience breaking and want to level up their skills. We recommend at least 6 months to a year of experience, and/or a good understanding of the 4 basic elements of breaking(Top Rock, Footwork, Power Moves, and Freezes). Students will learn basic drills that will level up their dance vocabulary and core strength.
