This event will take place in person at The Soundview Library. Celebrate Bronx Week with a unique way to showcase a piece of Bronx History and Art. The Ephyras Choir is a collaborative ensemble class that builds strong, confident musicians. Alongside engaging repertoire, students receive focused training in aural skills and foundational music theory — including sight-singing, solfège, rhythmic accuracy, and music reading. Singers develop musical independence, sharpen their ears, and strengthen blend, tone, and expressive performance within a supportive ensemble setting. Lead by ChristinaNoel Reaves.

The New York Public Library partners with accredited social work colleges across the city to connect you with students who can help provide resources about social services -- housing, short-term shelter, food assistance, healthcare, and more -- in your community. During the listed hours you can drop in to meet with the student intern one-on-one (first come, first served). The Spring semester ends May 16. Check back in September for Fall semester hours.
