About this event

Our after-school soccer program is designed to help players learn the game, master the ball and increase their skills by playing in a fun learning environment. Players will also work on basic motor skills to increase control of their bodies and the values of hard work, perseverance, discipline and teamwork. Important details: Our coaches will pick up the students at Compass Charter School during school dismissal on Wednesdays at 1:40pm and walk them over one block where we play soccer. The soccer class will be held at Albert J Parham Playground by ps 20 (Adelphi between Dekalb & Willoughby) Class dismissal is at 5:30pm at the park Kids need to bring a snack and water bottle to each class. Rainy/Bad Weather Days On rainy days, we will either take an uber or a private bus (depends on the number of kids) to play indoors at our clubhouse which is located on 260 Jefferson Avenue, Brooklyn 11216. When we play indoors at the clubhouse, soccer practice will end at 4pm and we will play board games, watch and study some of our favorite soccer matches and do other soccer activities until 5:30pm. (the clubhouse is being used from 4-5:30pm with our teams) We may also be able to mix in this group to play a fun scrimmage against our teams depending on which age group practice on that day. Kids need to bring a snack and water bottle to each class. *With pick up from P.S 456!* Our after-school soccer program is designed to help players learn the game, master the ball and increase their skills by playing in a fun learning environment. Players will work on basic motor skills to increase control of their bodies and the values of hard work, perseverance, discipline and teamwork while playing with their friends and class mates! Classes are held on the turf field at South Oxford Park. Kids should wear indoor soccer shoes or sneakers. No cleats. Important details: Our coaches will pick up the students during school dismissal from PS. 456 at 2:45pm and walk them over to play soccer on the turf field on South Oxford Park Pick up is at 4:45pm on the turf field Kids need to bring a ball, a snack and water bottle to each class. *In order for our coaches to pick up your child, fill out the form during the registration.

Our soccer classes aim to help players master the ball and learn the game while playing in a fun learning environment. We will focus on building different technical skills each week. We play outdoors, rain or shine (we cancel if we have heavy rain or a mix of rain and cold weather). These classes are held in Albert J Parham Playground which is a cement park.

Soccer classes will be held three blocks away from the school at Futbol Rebels Clubhouse which is located at 260 Jefferson Avenue. Coaches will pick up the students during dismissal and walk them over and we'll stay indoors during the whole time. Students should bring water, snack and be dressed ready for soccer. Our after-school soccer program is designed to help players learn the game, master the ball and increase their skills by playing in a fun learning environment. Players will work on basic motor skills to increase control of their bodies and the values of a hard work, perserverance, discipline and teamwork, all at the same time! We pick up the kids during their school dismissal at 2:40pm Soccer ends at 4:30pm and we will dismiss from the loby at Futbol Rebels Clubhouse.
