Or Zarua’s Shalom Toddler program follows a play-based model that allows children to gradually experience their first taste of education, in a warm, nurturing Jewish environment. Through play, art, music, and read alouds, children will begin to spread their wings, expand their social-emotional intelligence, and first encounter early literacy concepts. Or Zarua’s Shalom Toddler program, is more than just a class, it is a community. By enrolling for the semester, you may become a member of Congregation Or Zarua, free of charge. As a member, you will be welcomed to a full range of activities, including regular Tot Shabbat programs, family holiday programming, and other opportunities to reflect, learn, and connect.

Introduce your children to Shabbat in a fun and joyful way! Musical Tot Shabbat will be led by Paige Borden. Paige is a Jewish children’s musician with over 15 years of experience, teaching and performing for young audiences. She is passionate about creating joyful, meaningful worship experiences that engage even the youngest children and help them connect to Jewish music and tradition. Followed by kiddush lunch, with acappella performance by Bir'nana. Free, but please RSVP. 11:15am-12pm: Musical Tot Shabbat 12pm: Jerusalem-themed kiddush lunch Enjoy some yerushalmi kugels and halva along with Israeli salad, dips and foods. Live acappella performance by Bir'nana during kiddush.
