Our young innovators (ages 5ā€“10) will bend light to create their very own Fiber Optic Buddy and master the flow of circuits to design custom LED Safety Bracelets to take home. In honor of Juneteenth , weā€™re celebrating the incredible Dr. Shirley Jackson , the trailblazing Black physicist whose groundbreaking research paved the way for fiber optics and telecommunications. Itā€™s going to be an inspiring session full of conductors, insulators, and big ideasā€”grab your goggles and letā€™s get glowing!
