FitQuest Junior is an exhilarating fitness program designed specifically for students aiming to foster a holistic approach to health and wellness. Led by expert and energetic fitness instructors, along with input from industry experts, this program combines physical activity, teamwork, and self-awareness to promote a lifelong commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Each month, we feature 1 complimentary walking field trip for semester based students. Past field trips have included: iFly (indoor skydiving), The Cliffs (indoor rock climbing), City Pickle (pickle ball), and a visit from Dynasty Breakdancing.
