This class equips students with essential self-defense skills while fostering discipline for both mind and body. The focus will be on self-improvement, individual growth, self-control, concentration, coordination, and respect. Each lesson begins with a warm-up and stretching, followed by instruction in the basic moves of karate and self-defense. Students will also develop team spirit and enjoy the process of learning together. The class is taught by Vladyslav Burdeinyi, a black belt, 2013 World Cup champion, and former member of the Ukrainian national team.
