Wonder Kids After School Spring 2026 - Wednesdays at Grand Army Plaza
Wed, May 13 Β· 3:00 PM
Prospect Park by Grand Army Plaza entrance: James S.T. Stranahan Monument
Wonder Kids After School offers an immersive experience in a unique natural setting. Here, the Wonder Kids are free to engage with the natural world and build authentic relationships with other children. With props, costumes, building supplies, and mysterious scrolls with missions, every day becomes a unique adventure where children develop their own games, characters and stories through free play. In case of rain or bad weather, we keep the program outdoors and build a homebase with tarps in the forest. In case of heavy rain or very bad weather we will bring the wonder to Brooklyn Public Library. We have a great deal of experience with outdoor programming and feel very prepared for rain and bad weather. These end up being some of the best times. For those new to School of Wonder , we create immersive adventures in Prospect Park to foster curiosity, creativity, and wonder . Our after school, summer camps, and school holiday camps teach children to become Guardians of the Earth - protectors of the planet and all living beings.
