Get ready to move, stretch, and power up! In PowerUp!, kids will have a blast learning how to take care of their bodies through fun, hands-on fitness and health activities. Each week, students will explore different ways to stay active — from heart-pumping games to strength and balance challenges — while discovering how their muscles work and what it means to be strong and healthy from the inside out. We’ll talk about fueling our bodies with healthy foods, staying hydrated, and building lifelong wellness habits — all in a fun, encouraging, and team-based environment.
