About this event

Join us in the JBWR Pollinator Garden to care for the garden and perform routine maintenance. Love gardening but don’t have the space or resources? This is a great opportunity to get your hands in the soil while supporting your local ecosystem and community. There will also be an opportunity to sign up as a regular volunteer gardener. We’ll be rejuvenating this vital habitat for pollinators; together, we’ll transplant eight native species grown from seed and give the garden a seasonal refresh. Volunteers will assist with clearing garden beds, repairing the gravel trail, spreading compost, and planting new seedlings. All tools will be provided. This event is open to all ages. Youth under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Please dress appropriately for the weather and for moderate outdoor physical activity. Spaces are limited—sign up today and help support pollinators in your community!
