Explore your artistic potential with . This program will be held in person at Morris Park Branch . Teaching artist Zahydé Pietri will guide participants through the art of Salsa over 3 sessions. Program Description: This class is a total-body chair workout that is great for Seniors, those with limited mobility, or anyone who wants to add a low-to-no impact workout to their routine. We deliver a fun, interactive session soundtracked by different Latin Rhythms like salsa, merengue, bossa nova, boleros, and more. We'll even have a short choreography by the end of the program! Participants immediately feel the reward of moving their bodies in a safe and joyful environment with a program designed to keep them excited about moving and taking care of their bodies mindfully. So grab a chair and let's do this together! Facilitator: Zahydé Pietri.
