Age group: 5-9 years old. Step into the exciting and elegant world of rhythmic gymnastics —where dance meets athleticism in a beautifully expressive sport. This dynamic program introduces students to the fundamentals of rhythmic movement through fun, skill-based training that builds strength, flexibility, coordination, and grace . Led by a certified and experienced rhythmic gymnastics coach , students will work with traditional apparatus such as hoops, balls, scarves, and ribbons , while developing core gymnastics skills including bridges, splits, cartwheels, jumps, and handstands . Each session incorporates: Stretching and flexibility training Muscle conditioning and strength work Creative movement and musicality exercises Apparatus technique and routine structure Students will not only build foundational skills but also begin preparation for local and regional competitions , learning performance techniques, choreography, and routine composition in a motivating and supportive environment. Perfect for beginners and young gymnasts ready to explore the artistry and discipline of rhythmic gymnastics.
