Building Bodies and Brains through Play At Little Movers, Big Minds, children ages 1-3 are invited into a joyful, movement-based learning experience that nurtures the whole child. This class blends active play with early learning to support physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development - all in a warm, community-centered environment. Thoughtfully structured for two age groups (1-2 and 2-3), each 45-minute session includes: Movement games that build balance, coordination, and spatial awareness Early learning activities to strengthen language, memory, and numeracy Social experiences that encourage teamwork, confidence, and creative expression Through playful exploration and meaningful movement, Little Movers, Big Minds helps children build strong bodies and even stronger foundations for lifelong learning. 19 Sessions Except Dates: Feb 16, Apr 6, May 25
