Welcome to the Early Preschool Prep – Wednesday Schedule Registration! This class is available Monday and Wednesday , and families can choose the number of days that work best for them—up to four days per week. While any participation is beneficial, toddlers tend to thrive with consistency and routine; therefore, enrolling in multiple days will provide the most impactful and enriching experience. A multi-day discount will be automatically applied at checkout to support families choosing a fuller weekly schedule. (2-day: 5%) The Early Preschool Prep Program is specifically designed for toddlers (15m-24m) who are ready to transition into preschool. This program meets twice a week for 90-minutes per session. Children will be immersed in Mandarin through an engaging curriculum centered around music, science and art. The small group pod setting (up to 8 children) allows for personalized attention, giving children the opportunity to bond with our dedicated native Mandarin-speaking teachers. Our goal is to expose children to Mandarin while helping them become familiar with preschool routines, ensuring a gentle and seamless transition when they are ready for the next step in their early education. Story of Ya-Ya Mandarin Seeds: It all started in 2008, when two NYC moms began teaching cozy Mandarin music classes for their toddlers and a few friends in a yoga studio. Those first “Mommy & Me” classes were full of music, movement, and joy — and families couldn’t get enough! As their own children grew, so did the program. Mandarin Seeds expanded to include enrichment classes for preschoolers and elementary-aged kids, all built on the same playful, engaging approach that makes language learning fun and meaningful. The result? A trusted, joyful Mandarin experience that has captured the hearts of families across New York City. Today, all Ya Ya Mandarin Seeds classes are still led by the same experienced, caring team — and are now offered at Ya Ya Preschool and select partner locations.
