Kids' Events in Briarcliff Manor

About kids' events in Briarcliff Manor

For a toddler, Briarcliff Manor is a low key, easy going place to spend a morning. It is a small riverside village in Westchester, so most errands and outings are close by. You can park right at the library or a playground, and a couple of playgrounds are within a short walk of the downtown area. The local library branch is the main anchor for little kid programming, and it is a small, manageable space where you will not lose track of your child. Right now, our calendar there has two storytimes at the Briarcliff Manor Public Library, including one called Friday Morning Storytime for Little Ones. These are straightforward sit on the carpet, sing a song, hear a book events, good for a 1 to 4 year old who is ready for a short group activity. No drop in classes are listed there, so the library is the reliable regular option. Getting there from the city or nearby towns usually means driving, since Metro-North and the Bee-Line bus connect the region but do not cover every corner. Parking is easy at the library and at the small village lots, and you can walk between most daily stops.
